Each season give the characters interesting and engaging goals that kind of interferes with the focus, but at least I can see that the focus here is better. Now onto The Legend of Korra's writing, which I can tell is better because of how more action packed and beautifully crafted it is. Some subplots can lead to the climax, but a lot of them deserve a separate episode of theirs. ![]() And because of horrible focuses, the episodes plot can be all over the place or just too much to handle/process. I know that they're called subplots, but I'm irritated of how much they take up an episode if they have nothing to do with the episode. But the writing isn't entirely perfect/as good as Invader Zims or Gunbusters/Diebusters, because of how generic and bland the episodes can be and very commonly in the show, the focus sucks here. AVATAR THE LAST AIRBENDER KISSCARTOON SEASON 2 SERIESBut I digress, what made me come back to the series is not only the creativity, but also the action and conflict put into each episode, as they're entertaining and sometimes funny. The Last Airbender had a goal that spans the entire show, while The Legend of Korra had a goal for each season. Like how Gravity Falls handled a season having a plot, so is all seasons of Avatar and The Legend of Korra. Like in my Fairly OddParents scorecard, " each paragraph will be divided into 2 parts that discusses the aspects of both runs."Īlmost everything about the writing felt pure original and extremely interesting. One thing that dropped my balls is that there's 21 Epic episodes, so much that the Top 10 list shows the best of the best. It's so great that it's possibly one of the most engaging shows I've reviewed, from its creativity with the 4 elements (Water, Earth, Fire, and Air), to the feeling of Ancient China. Instead of using Kisscartoon to watch Avatar (I use Kisscartoon to watch and review all shows), I've seen this show on Amazon using a subscription on Roku.īut now that I've finished one of my favorite shows as an audience member, what are my thoughts? Obviously, I love the series because of how everything about Avatar differs from all Nicktoons. AVATAR THE LAST AIRBENDER KISSCARTOON SEASON 2 MOVIELater, my family convinced me to watch the series, hoping for me to get better at "understanding movie plots". Thankfully, I didn't watch The Last Airbender movie, but I did watch the first 3 episodes of The Legend of Korra and that's it. I don't watch Avatar: The Last Airbender on Nickelodeon, but on DVD, where I used to watch all episodes of The Last Airbender. If you guys never know, this is one of my childhood shows. As many people's favorite animated television series, Avatar: The Last Airbender unsurprisingly gets watched and re-watched a lot. From all of the shows I've reviewed, this series is one of the hardest I've did, as I thinked hard while reviewing each episode of the show. ![]() Even 15 years after the show first premiered, the community of fans keeps growing, and people still wonder and debate about unanswered questions and theories. With vocal talent that includes Mae Whitman, Jack De Sena, and Dante Basco, Avatar: The Last Airbender focuses on complex, multi-layered characters like Katara, Toph, and Zuko. This led to the sequel series The Legend of Korra, and a live-action film adaptation - though the latter was bashed by critics and heavily criticized by fans. The series, created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, aired for three seasons and was very successful, critically acclaimed, and loved by viewers. ![]() ![]() Leading the group is a boy named Aang, who is the Avatar - someone who can use all four elements and is destined to save the world. When civil war breaks out between the world nations, a group of friends work together to end it. Running from 2005 to 2008 on Nickelodeon, the animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender takes place in a world in which people can manipulate the elements - earth, air, water, and fire.
